Together, their experience spans comprehensive eye care, medical eye conditions and specialty contact lenses—all grounded in thoughtful listening, careful diagnostics and care tailored to the individual.

Christina Wong, OD, FAAO
A Southern California native, Dr. Wong earned her B.S. in Biology from UCLA and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry. She completed an ocular-disease residency at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Her interests include medical eye care, glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic eye disease and specialty scleral lenses.
Ryan Felten, OD
Dr. Felten grew up in North Phoenix and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University after studying Exercise Science at Brigham Young University. At Midwestern, he was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and received a Clinical Excellence Award in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy. He speaks fluent Spanish.
Megan Houle, OD
Dr. Houle earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Optometry after completing her bachelor's degree at the University of North Dakota. She began her career in eye care more than a decade ago and has particular interests in ocular disease, dry eye and glaucoma.
Chelsea Farnsworth, OD
An Arizona native, Dr. Farnsworth earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Optometry. Her training includes primary care, specialty contact lenses, ocular disease and pre- and post-operative care.
Bryan Fuller, OD
Dr. Fuller earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University after graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has practiced in Arizona since 1998 and helped build the practice that became Tatum Eyecare.
James McPhelan, OD
Dr. McPhelan began practicing optometry in Arizona in 1977. He and Dr. Fuller built the practices that ultimately became Tatum Eyecare in 2016. After decades of service to the practice and its patients, Dr. McPhelan is retired and remains honored here as Doctor Emeritus.
